Structural Scope for Grassroots Cement Plant
Our Task
Responsible for complete structural scope in support of green field plant installation. This included all structural work associated with every single area of the plant.
Services Involved
- Installation of primary rock crushing facility at the quarry
- Erection of:
- Overland conveyor from quarry to raw processing area (3,250 ft)
- Blending Silo
- Preheat Tower (approx. 330 ft tall)
- Kiln
- Clinker Cooler
- Clinker Storage Dome
- Conveyors to move the clinker to cement grinding area
- Cement Storage Silo
- Load-out facilities for both truck and rail
- Installation of 4 large baghouses and 32 smaller systems
