Methane to Energy Power Plants
Our Task
Complete installation of methane to energy power plants at 2 separate sites. Plants were fueled by landfill gas (LFG).
Services Involved
Taylor County Site – 4.2MW facility. Installed 4 Jenbacher 1.05 MW generator sets (40’ long x 8’ wide modular units). These engines are reciprocating engines with gensets sent from a German manufacturer as a prefabricated unit. The scope of work also included the gas processing skid and tie-in to the flare system.
Fayetteville Site – 1.1MW facility. Installed 1 Jenbacher 1.1MW generator set 
(10’ long x 8’ wide modular unit). This engine is a reciprocating engine with the genset sent from German manufacturer as a prefabricated unit. The scope of work also included the gas processing skid and tie-in to the flare system.
