Cross Country DAP Conveyor

CCC Group was awarded the contract to replace an existing conveyor system with multiple transfer points with a 500’ enclosed conveyor system.

After system start up, CCC was responsible for the tear down of the old existing conveyor, transfer towers, and take up tower. The bulk of the construction was completed during plant operation and system tie-in was accomplished during a scheduled plant outage of 10 days.
Dismantle & Rebuild of Two Draglines

CCC Group was responsible for the complete dismantle and rebuild of two draglines.
The challenge in this project was to dismantle 2 draglines simultaneously.
The scope of work included dismantle, transport and rebuild of the draglines. This involved supplying new tubs, backlegs, control systems and gearing as well as providing structural repairs and various upgrades.
Fertilizer Storage & Loadout System - EPC Project

Turnkey project, which entailed engineering, supplying and erecting complete fertilizer handling, storage and load-out systems.
CCC was awarded a supply & erect equipment contract that included a new truck load-out facility with weigh scales, 7,000 lineal feet of material conveying equipment, a new 23,000-ton dry urea warehouse, a state of the art radial barge loader that eliminated the need for moving the barge during loading operations and a new automated rail car loading facility.
A unique aspect of the project included assembling the radial barge loader at a local fabricators shop up river from the site. After assembly, the barge loader was reloaded onto an awaiting barge for shipment back down river to the plant. Once the trip down river had been completed another barge was utilized that had been outfitted with a crane to set the preassembled loader in place.
