IMC is CCC’s primary fabrication facility and it is located in San Antonio on the corporate headquarters premises. With over 114,000 sq. ft. under roof and 19 acres of lay down area, we are well equipped for a broad range of projects destined for industries in the U.S. and abroad.
In addition to the IMC’s fabrication facility in San Antonio, Texas, CCC Group has additional fabrication facilities as part of the Houston and Bartow, Florida regional operations.

Shredders for Recycling Industry
We have produced over 125 automobile scrap shredders since 1982.
Shredders range in size and throughput capacity. The larger shredders can process up to 350 tons of scrap per hour.

Painting was completed in our enclosed industrial coating facility. The ducts were all oversized, permitted loads and were shipped to the jobsite. The installation in the field was handled by our cement division and included the erection of structural steel, preheater components, and all associated mechanical, piping, scaffolding and welding.
