The project involved: • Installation of two gas suspension calciners • Baghouse • ESP units
The scope of work included, complete structural, mechanical, and electrical services.
This installation increased production to 1800 tons per day at this facility.
Bauxite Refinery Overseas project
CCC was contracted to renovate and upgrade: • Bauxite refinery • Dam facilities • Bauxite mines • Dock areas
The Challenge Construction had to occur without disrupting the daily production of 5000 tons of alumina product per day.
The project involved heavy industrial civil, structural, piping, mechanical, and electrical disciplines in addition to completing a dock expansion, hydro-electric turbine overhaul, boiler overhaul and various environmental projects.
Wastewater Neutralization Plant for a Titanium Processing Plant Nevada
CCC was responsible for the construction of a new Wastewater Neutralization plant.
Scope of work included, civil, mechanical, electrical construction, and start-up assistance.
The project involved capital equipment installation which included: • Solution Storage Tanks • Neutralization System • Solids/liquids Separation System • Reverse Osmosis System • Filtration System • Control Room
Pebble Crusher Circuit Building & Structure for Copper Processing Facility Utah
CCC was responsible for the structural construction contract for the installation of two new Pebble Crushers.
